Being mischievous  is cleary thirsty work for Myshia – she’s trying to take a drink from Jacqui’s glass of juice!

Helicopter Trip

A couple of months ago, I was given a voucher for a helicopter tour operated by Lothian Helicopters.  Yesterday Jacqui & myself used the voucher to take a short trip in a Bell Longranger helicopter and get a few photos.

It was an enjoyable experience even though the trip itself was maybe a little on the short side as  we were only in the air around 10 minutes. Sadly, the skies were a wee bit hazy, so the photos I took haven’t come out as I would have liked despite some touching up in Photoshop.  We weren’t allowed to open the windows due to the threat of losing cameras and the risk of crosswinds so the pictures we took had to be taken through the helicopter’s windows.

Here’s a wee selection of snaps from the trip. Click on an image to see a larger version.
